ESG Webinar Series # 3 - The ESG Agenda
Navigating Changing Investor Expectations

ARCHIVE WEBINAR | SURVEY RESULTS PRESENTATION | TRANSCRIPT

Companies are facing increasing scrutiny around their ESG strategy and performance. While this is a source of many challenges, it is also a huge opportunity for companies to align with the growing needs and expectations of investors and other stakeholder groups.

Amid a growing focus on ESG issues this webinar looks at how investor relations (IR) professionals can separate ‘noise’ from actions that truly create value for the business.

The webinar discussed the results of a joint survey that AIRA recently did with Brunswick Group on the trends and current landscape around ESG and discuss resulting implications for businesses.

Topics covered in the webinar include:

What gaps are there in investor understanding of corporate ESG challenges?
* What is current practice around ESG disclosure / reporting and where is it heading?
* Who should have oversight of sustainability issues?
* Is ‘Say on Climate’ an investor distraction or will it drive better climate strategies?
* How should companies be engaging with ratings providers?
